"Andrew Lamb is a long time hospitality industry professional. As Saint Louis's first Certified Sake Sommelier, Andrew brings sake to the table in a fun, easy to understand way. He is the owner of High Water Sake, a sake education company dedicated to growing the field of sake in the United States. High Water Sake is a Certified Educator for the Sake Sommelier Association out of the UK. Andrew seeks to share his passion and love for sake, the culture around it, and the hospitality experience with fellow enthusiasts."

We will be tasting through 8 Sakes of difference styles and from different regions and learning all about where they come from and the history behind them.
